TERMS: Our terms require a 50% deposit of the total cost of all purchased products at the time an order is placed. The outstanding balance is due at the time the finished product is ready for delivery to the customer. Transportation and insurance costs are charged to the customer. A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost is mandatory for all orders. Orders will not be processed unless the mandatory deposit is received with the order.
DELIVERY TIME: Our delivery time is one of the best in the industry! Try-on garments are ready within 10- 15 business days from receipt of your order and cloth. Finished garments are ready within 10 days after the customer approves the try-on. Wedding dresses and tuxedos require an additional 10 business days. Remember that an order cannot be started unless all measurements and details have been properly completed on our order form.
